Duration : 5 Days
Objective : To be able to analyse the security from a theoretical and a practical points of view. To place the international development securing in the current politico-economic context through identifying the actors involved in international securing actions.

Duration : 1/2 Day
Objective : To sensitize the travellers on security issues during their trips abroad. Reassure the employees by inculcating them with pragmatic rules of conduct so that they are prepared to face various potentially harmful situations.
Social engineering and digital tools management
Duration : 1/2 Day
Objective : To promote and develop good practices concerning social engineering and digital tools management in order to reduce exposure to risk for employees (which harms their image, the company’s reputation).
Negotiations with social partners
Duration : 1 Day
Objective : To understand the social dialogue issues and to learn the fundamental principles of negotiation.

Crisis management
Duration : 1 Day
Objective : To get tools and methodology essential to the upstream preparation of crisis management as well as to its conduct (during and after). To develop the collaborators right responses and knowledge of pitfalls to avoid through equipping them intellectually and psychologically.
Crisis communication
Duration : 1/2 Day
Objective : To understand the crisis cell composition, members functions and missions and to acquire a forecasting approach in order to be prepared for crisis communication.
Incivilities management
Duration : 1/2 Day
Objective : To prepare and reassure the employees exposed to acts of incivility (physical or verbal aggression). To know the legal framework concerning this issue in order to implement an adapted posture in case of conflict or aggression.
Information management
Duration : 1/2 Day
Objective : To know how to assess simultaneously the information and the source. To learn how to convey the information in an understandable way and without distorting it, improving it, whoever the addressee is. It enables to convert a latent information into a manifest information.
Documentary fraud
Duration : from 1/2 to 2 Days
Objective : To learn how to authenticate documents delivered by an authority as well as various payment documents provided by banking institutions. To recognise the security features of french or foreign trust documents, allowing the identification of false documents.
Terrorist threat
Duration : 1/2 Day
Objective : To get the best practice in order to manage such situation in the best conditions thanks to the knowledge of agressors modus operandi and a good stress management.
Kidnap & Ransom
Duration : 1/2 Day
Objective : To prepare the travellers potentially exposed to hostage taking by touching on, in a non-stressful way, the various sequences of this type of crisis. Practical advice will be delivered in order to implement the best attitude (decrease, detect and manage the kidnapping risk).
